The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the clinical development strategy across a focused pipeline of early- to mid-stage programs, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. market. This includes the integration of translational science, biomarkers, and patient-centric endpoints to enhance the differentiation and success of the programs. The role also involves building and leading a high-performing clinical development organization, establishing strategic external partnerships, and leading global regulatory engagement to ensure the compliant and cost-effective execution of clinical programs. Applicants must have an M.D. or Ph.D. and a minimum of 10 years' of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a broad therapeutic background. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in women's health, immunology, cardiometabolic, or cell therapy.
