Contingent Resource Assignment

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Business Execution; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Business Execution impact. Perform complex administrative support tasks. Provide support on escalated questions. Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information.

Required Qualifications: 4+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Duration: 12 months

Interview: 1 round of interviews - 30 minute duration

Opportunity for extension or conversion

Shift: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Commercial Loan Servicing: Covers jobs responsible for activities related to servicing of commercial loan transactions according to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This can include customer/client modifications, account maintenance, rebookings, and purchased receivables management to ensure accuracy through life of transaction.

Desired Qualifications: Loan IQ Experience (a strong plus). BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or another business-related field. Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management. Ability to meet stringent deadlines. Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships. Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills. Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
