Fulfillment Specialist

Job Title Fulfillment Specialist (Houston, TX) Location Houston, TX (Onsite) Overview The Fulfillment Specialist supports daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, and product refurbishment. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and comfort working in a fast paced, high volume environment. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and stage high volume orders for daily carrier pickup Print shipping labels in ShipStation and coordinate outbound shipments Process customer returns in the CRM and Inventory Management System Refurbish, disassemble, and reassemble products as needed Maintain an organized workspace following 5S standards Qualifications Experience with WMS/IMS systems and ShipStation Knowledge of e commerce fulfillment and returns workflows Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment Experience in high volume operations or product assembly/refurbishment Preferred: Forklift certification; bilingual English/Spanish 5% Travel Work Authorization Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.
