About This Role The Estimator produces accurate, competitive estimates for cabling and physical security projects. You'll perform material takeoffs from plan sets, coordinate with vendors for pricing, and partner with engineers and PMs to validate scope before proposal release. What you'll do Perform material takeoffs from architectural plan sets (Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, or comparable) Source vendor pricing and validate availability for proposal-stage materials Build labor estimates against scope, complexity, and crew capacity Coordinate with engineers and project managers to validate scope before release Maintain estimate templates and historical estimate accuracy data What we're looking for 2+ years estimating in commercial low voltage, electrical, or comparable trade Proficiency with takeoff software (Bluebeam Revu, OnScreen Takeoff, or similar) Strong attention to detail and bid-submission discipline Familiarity with structured cabling and physical security material catalogs Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ You'll always hear from us Every applicant gets a status update within 5 business days.
