We are currently looking to add one Service Advisor to replace a team member who is moving out of state and will no longer be able to commute here. What You’ll Do Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner Write and manage repair orders (10–15 per day on average) Communicate vehicle needs using digital inspection tools and technician videos Provide clear, transparent updates throughout the service process Build long-term relationships with customers Follow established processes and workflows consistently Compensation Weekly salary + monthly commission Top performers earn $100,000+ annually Unlimited earning potential based on performance Work Environment 9 technicians and a fully equipped shop Tablet-based workflow and digital inspections Strong support from management and team leads Structured, proven processes that drive success What We’re Looking For We’re not just hiring experience—we’re hiring the right mindset .
