Intelligence Watch Officer

Graham Technologies (GTECH) seeks an Intelligence Watch Officer to join our innovative and expanding team. As an Intelligence Watch Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting 24x7 Intelligence Operations Center (IOC) activities, providing critical intelligence information, and ensuring the IOC's efficient operation. This position requires a high level of expertise in intelligence operations, document control, and communication with senior officials. Responsibilities Provide 24x7 IOC support round‑the‑clock as deemed appropriate by the Government. Provide current intelligence information to IN leadership via notification reports, situation reports, and prepare read books and National Security Council (NSC) books. Brief IN senior officials and, as authorized, customer principals on current intelligence issues and late‑breaking developments. Receive, transmit, control, and distribute critical documents for senior leadership, ensuring all documents entering or exiting the IOC are properly logged, digitized, and stored. Maintain a document storage plan, including short‑ and long‑term housing of physical records and digital information, and execute retention policies on disposal of documents no longer required. Operate intelligence and national security information systems, serving as the Department’s link with the U.S. Intelligence Community for time‑sensitive activities. Assist senior customer officials during international travel. Develop processes and carry out procedures for maintaining Intelligence Operations Center equipment or documentation, update emergency deployment kits and departmental emergency phone lists. Conduct research and analysis of complex operational issues, distributing information from intelligence, operations, and open sources. Ensure timely, accurate, and focused delivery of briefings, read‑books, papers, responses to questions, coordination of articles, desk notes, information papers, and slides; print, distribute, and review read books with high quality accuracy. Perform various administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient operation of the IOC, support special projects and additional tasks in response to emergent needs, and perform duties of the Executive Secretariat during non‑business hours as required. Qualifications Active DOE Q and SCI or DOD TS/SCI. Bachelor’s Degree in a business‑related field or eight years of relevant experience can be used in lieu of a degree. Four years of experience required, with one year of prior intelligence watch. Excellent program management, business, and problem‑solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and the ability to effectively brief various IC officials and senior officials daily. Experience with all‑source information, including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, Open Source, and ELINT. Knowledge of the Intelligence Community and specialized knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community capabilities and operations. Skills in intelligence research, analysis, and production. Familiarity with intelligence and national security communications systems. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in a business-related field. Familiarity with DOE‑IN functions, policies, and responsibilities. Cloud and network security engineering expertise. Compensation & Benefits Four week’s accrued PTO in the first year.
