Customer Service Representative Job Overview: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. Roles & Responsibilities Perform janitorial duties. Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule. Operate motorized cleaning equipment. Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area. Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor. Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Work in a team with other employees. Perform repetitive tasks. Maintain a clean work area. Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules. Take direction and respond to supervision. Communicate with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner. Fill in during staff shortages. Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items. Use proper personal protective equipment. Present a professional appearance and conduct. Understand customer service and satisfaction. Understand reporting systems and the environment. Qualifications No specific education requirement; 3‑6 months of training or experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license may be required. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified. Bilingual is a plus. Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team. Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment. Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequently required to sit and talk or listen. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Compensation and Shift Monday–Friday: 6:00pm–10:00pm.
