This individual will take ownership of the company's marketing presence, ensuring that prospective customers have a polished, engaging experience from their first interaction through the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's overall branding and marketing strategy.
• Redesign and optimize the company website to improve user experience and conversion.
• Work with the existing SEO partner to improve lead conversion after traffic reaches the website.
• Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate branding and marketing efforts for industry trade shows and events.
• Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all customer-facing materials.
• Analyze website performance and marketing metrics to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new ways to strengthen the company's market presence.
• Manage relationships with outside marketing vendors, designers, and developers as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience managing websites and website optimization.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
• Experience creating email campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Comfortable working with designers, developers, and outside vendors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who enjoys building processes and taking ownership.
• B2B marketing experience preferred.
• Experience preparing companies for trade shows or industry events is a plus.
