Field Technician

Key Responsibilities Install customer service drops or outlets at residential and business properties. Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot customers’ equipment and diagnose and repair reception performance issues. Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises. Proactively suggest upgrades of existing services and educate customers on new or existing equipment. Travel as required, with per diem provided. Take on other duties necessary to support the company’s purpose, brand principles, and organizational values. Qualifications Tuesday - Saturday route availability and the ability to work overtime or on‑call as needed. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Capacity to lift up to 100 lbs., work on ladders, and operate in all weather conditions. At least three months of customer service or related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
