As a Senior Solution Consultant, you’ll act as a matchmaker connecting millions of small and medium-sized businesses to the software solutions that Sage offers. Working alongside Account Executives, you’ll uncover customer needs and demonstrate how our products can support their ambitions. Uncapped earnings: Our compensation structure includes a base salary plus commission. Key Responsibilities Summary of your day-to-day: Your days will be a blend of digging into what customers need and crafting tailored demos that show how Sage can enable their success. You’ll also support sales on discovery calls and build compelling ROI cases. Your product expertise will make you a trusted advisor and give you an edge in designing solutions. Working cross-functionally, you’ll meet go-to-market plans, hit budget targets, represent Sage at industry events, grow pipelines, and strengthen customer relationships. Key performance metrics (KPMs): Everyone wants to know what’s expected of them, and they want to be supported in achieving those goals too. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, your success will be shaped by: Average time for demos to convert to opportunities Total value of pipeline influence of deals progressed Average time to demo readiness Quality of customer engagement Percentage of CRM accuracy Qualifications Experience in accounting practices, SAAS billing, revenue recognition, financial systems, and technologies like web services 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role, implementation consulting, or customer support for an accounting/ financial software application(s).
