RN Medical / Surgical / Telemetry

Will float between facilities. Provide care for patients in medical, surgical, and telemetry settings. Monitor and assess patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery. Ensure compliance with established protocols and standards. Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS, TNCC
