Key Responsibilities: Assisting the resident activity director as needed Utilizing the environment to provide comfort and stimulation to the resident population Fostering a sense of community within the center environment Leading and participating in group activities such as pet therapy, music therapy, art therapy, etc. Assisting with decorating the facility and preparing for special events and seasonal parties Storing activity equipment and supplies and cleaning area after conclusion of the activity Requirements: Ability to maintain confidentiality Good listener, build rapport easily, and work collaboratively Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Twin Oaks Rehab
