Northampton, MA Monday-Friday. 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Position Summary: Position within our Property department based in Northampton doing varied janitorial tasks for our area administrative buildings and clinics as regularly assigned and for coverage as needed. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning buildings; sweeping, mopping, dusting. Vacuuming and shampooing carpets as needed. Emptying trash/recycling receptacles daily. Clean and supply all restrooms. Maintain overall appearance of location. Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED required. Previous janitorial or building maintenance experience, 1-2 years preferred. Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record. Insured and registered Motor Vehicle available for all commute and work hours. Physical ability to perform the requirements of the job (see below). Careful and thorough with commitment to getting the job done well. Acceptable Criminal Background Check (CORI).
