We are driven by our core values of agility, expertise, and trust. Responsibilities Maintain a running inventory of all cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests when supplies run low. Respond to urgent calls to clean up non‑toxic spills and debris. Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the facility clean and professional. Adhere to the company's safety policies and maintain a safe work environment. Perform routine cleaning tasks according to the facility management schedule. Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxing them. Empty and clean trash receptacles and collect recycling. Clean and service custodial equipment as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of custodial or related experience. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to operate a 12‑foot stepladder without assistance. Comfortable working at various heights up to 60 feet on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, ladders, and other equipment. Proficient in walking, climbing, lifting, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead on a routine and repetitive basis. Good vision (corrected vision acceptable) and hearing; ability to communicate in English. Strong observational skills to identify and report potential problems.
