Case Management Specialist
Accountable for preparing, organizing, and assisting Case Managers. Coordinates and maintains all office management functions. Independently manages patient discharge functions such as transportation and nursing home returns. Intervenes with insurance companies on utilization review activities. Requires skills in patient discharge coordination, case management, office management, and insurance utilization review.
