Worship Leader

Christ's Church of the Valley is hiring a part-time Students Worship Leader for its North Surprise campus in Surprise, Arizona. The job opening leads worship for junior-high and high-school student services. Selected music must be learned and executed at a high level, with the leader working alongside the Lead Student Worship Pastor to create and develop the campus worship experience. The role carries the CCV Students worship vision into campus services and student ministry events. The leader also attends junior-high and high-school camps and events as needed, contributes to CCV Music culture, and participates in weekday Music Team meetings at the PEO campus as needed. Volunteer Musician Development Volunteer musicians are recruited, developed, scheduled, and maintained through regular communication. The role also works with volunteers on musical preparation and service availability. Team development includes relationship‑building, constructive feedback, documentation, presentation, and supervision skills. The leader maintains campus‑team availability one day per week and remains available for weekly one‑to‑ones as needed.
