You don't need years of industry experience to break out of dead-end desk jobs or grueling restaurant shifts—you just need a great work ethic. Our roofing company is experiencing explosive growth across the region, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our expanding team. We provide the paid training; you bring the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high-earning environment.
What You’ll Do:
Visit residential neighborhoods in Romeo and surrounding local communities.
Connect with homeowners, build rapport, and educate them on our roofing solutions and financing options.
Schedule FREE roof inspections for our specialist team.
Note: There is no closing or sales required. Your sole focus is setting appointments.

Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
Goal-oriented mindset with a motivation to earn bonuses.
Reliable transportation to get to your designated territories.
A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn.
