We are seeking a motivated, growth-minded Associate General Dentist who is eager to continue learning, developing clinically, and contributing to a highly supportive, team-oriented culture. This opportunity is for an Associate who can work a Flexible Schedule within the office hours of M-TH-7:30am-5pm & F- 7:30am-2pm. The opportunity offers Daily Guarantee of $750-1K/daily rate or 30% of Adjusted Production.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school, & Active dental license (or ability to obtain licensure) in the practicing state.
• Open to both experienced dentists and growth-minded associates eager to continue developing clinically and professionally.
• Proficiency in basic restorative dentistry including crowns, fillings, crown & bridge, and comprehensive treatment planning.
• Experience with or interest in learning implants and implant restoration strongly preferred, Endodontic experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine, long-term patient relationships.
• Comfortable working autonomously while also valuing mentorship, collaboration, and team support when needed.
• Motivated, coachable, and driven to grow within a high-performing, team-oriented practice culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry care for patients of all ages, with a primary focus on adult restorative treatment and long-term oral health.
• Diagnose and treat patients independently while maintaining a patient-first approach and a high standard of clinical excellence.
• Familiar with utilization of digital dentistry tools including iTero scanner and Prime Mill systems.
• Perform restorative procedures including crowns, bridgework, fillings, and other general dental treatments with confidence and efficiency.
• Build lasting relationships with patients by creating trust, educating patients on treatment options, and delivering compassionate care.
• Collaborate with a highly supportive clinical team in a collaborative environment that encourages mentorship, continuous learning, clinical growth, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care and ethics.
• Contribute positively to a growth-minded, high-achieving team culture that values accountability, humility, and collaboration.
