- Shift: Flexible days - 3x8s (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), some prefer to work straight through the day
- Hours/Week: 24 hours/week (8:00-4:00 or 8:00-5:00 based on preference)
- Employment Type: Contract position
- License/Certs: Iowa dental license preferred or ability to obtain; must be enrolled or willing to enroll in Medicaid
- Experience: Open to new graduates
- Hourly Rate: $114.57/hr
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2)
- Referral bonus program
- Licensure, travel, and support reimbursements when applicable
- Provide general dental care to patients of all ages, including exams, fillings, and other treatments
- Manage a patient load of approximately 9 treatments and 12 exams daily (may vary)
- Collaborate with a team consisting of 2 dental assistants, hygienist, and front desk staff
- Use Denticon / Planet DDS EMR systems for charting and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards
- Valid or eligible Iowa Dental License (preferred)
- Enrollment or willingness to enroll in Medicaid
- Ability to see all ages or preference for only certain age groups (flexible)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
