We are seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join Millenia Hospice. This position is ideal for an LVN who is passionate about providing quality end-of-life care and enjoys flexible scheduling.

Service Areas:

• McKinney 
• Forney

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing visits to hospice patients in their homes or facilities 
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the RN Case Manager and physician 
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered 
• Educate patients and families on hospice care and comfort measures 
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation 
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure quality patient care 
• Support patients and families with compassion, dignity, and respect 

Qualifications:

• Current and active Texas LVN license
• Hospice or home health experience preferred 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license 
• Current CPR certification
