We design our health, insurance, retirement, educational, and well-being programs to ensure quality, value, and financial protection to help you and your family live well.Hours and Location:This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pmWe are located at 101 Mosaic Court, Suite 102, St Joseph, MO 64506How You’ll Make an Impact:As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician at Omnicell, you will contribute to a community’s well-being and act as a trusted advisor to your patients while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.Help the pharmacist prepare and dispense medications to ensure patients get the right medication and the right dosage every timeProvide exceptional and personalized customer service for patients through in-person and phone communication and active listening; help patients navigate stress with calm, ease, and guidanceLearn and demonstrate an understanding of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more to best serve all patients and grow in your careerAccurately and efficiently enter patient, medication, billing, and sales data into systems to provide a safe, compliant, and seamless experience for our customersSupport and help improve the pharmacy and the team, empower your career, and learn and grow with others at OmnicellWhat You’ll BringBasic Requirements:High school diploma or GEDActive, non-expired license/registration with the Missouri State Board of PharmacyWorking knowledge of Pharmacy Technician dutiesPreferred Qualifications:Active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT): PTCB or NHA accepted (preferred)Active, non-expired license/registration with the Kansas State Board of Pharmacy (preferred)Work Environment and Physical Demands:This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 poundsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hearAbility to see distinctions in colors and shapesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Base Compensation: $21.00 to $25.00(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.
