Office Assistant
Small office in Mt. Morris is looking for an independent, self-starter to handle the day-to-day office duties, including:
1)Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize procedures. 2)Answering phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly. 3)Managing office supplies, including ordering and restocking. 4)Creating and updating records to ensure accuracy and validity of information. 5)Scheduling meetings and appointments and carrying out clerical duties such as filing and copying. 6)Perform data entryPrevious office/clerical experience highly preferred. Computer experience, especially Microsoft Suite, a PLUS.
Training to obtain licenses, certifications, etc. will be provided.
Starting wage: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour
