Job Description Knowledgeable of all physician’s specialties, schedules and insurances Schedule patient appointments for all practice physicians and locations Triage patient complaints thoroughly when scheduling their appointment Assists front desk staff with referral scheduling Complete “Triage Tech Sheet” and process per protocol Enter or verify all personal and billing information when scheduling appointments for New or Established patients Notify appropriate location of cancel, reschedule, or WI appointments including completing Call Logs in a timely manner Requirements: Qualifications Two years of experience handling heavy scheduling for a Multi-Physician office (please highlight in the resume). Quick learner and bubbly Ability to float to front office as needed Ability to start within a couple of days (Diane won’t take someone who needs to give ample notice) Additional Information Hours for this Position: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Advantages of this Opportunity: Competitive salary$11.00-$12.50 per hr. pending experience Excellent Medical benefits Offered, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
