Cutting Edge Property Maintenance is a well-established commercial property maintenance provider in the Twin Cities. We service over 200 client sites including Medtronic, West Health, TCF, and many more. We specialize in creating their customer's first impression. Responsibilities include: Fertil Tech duties, scheduling and organizing crews and equipment Overseeing jobsite quality, safety and overall performance Working with sales team on client requests Managing materials Reviewing weekly payroll of crews Managing a section of sites for snow removal Overseeing assigned crews and routes Interacting with clients Checking quality and operating snow removal equipment Must have or be able to obtain DOT health card and have an acceptable driving record.
