Pay rate: $19-$25 per hour plus $50/day on-call stipend.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Weekend On-Call Coordinator to remotely manage calls from caregivers and clients, ensuring smooth communication and support. While this role is primarily remote, occasional in-person client and caregiver introductions may be required. This position involves coordinating in-home care services during off-hours to ensure clients receive timely and high-quality care. Candidates have to reside in Spokane County, WA or Kootenai County, ID.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and families during on-call hours.
• Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet clients' needs promptly and efficiently.
• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during on-call hours.
• Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver interactions and service adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with the administrative team regarding any significant issues or updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or related fields preferred.
• Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or customer service roles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.

Schedule

• Weekend availability required.
• On-call responsibilities with flexible hours.
