Shifts Available: Weekend - Friday 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm Competitive Pay - Based on Experience What You'll Do:

Shifts Available: Weekend - Friday 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm Competitive Pay - Based on Experience What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff during your shift
- Ensure resident care plans are followed with precision and compassion
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications/treatments
- Uphold high standards of care, safety, and compliance
- Active RN license in Washington State
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
