What You’ll Do Research, draft, and argue substantive motions, complaints, and trial briefs in state and federal courts. Take and defend depositions, develop discovery and trial strategies, and prepare witnesses and experts. Shape case strategy from day one — including mediation prep and trial presentation. Communicate with clients with empathy, professionalism, and candor. Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining the highest standards of advocacy. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $180,000, plus performance-based bonuses. Medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. CLE, bar dues, and professional development covered. Dedicated mentorship and early courtroom experience. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred, but we will also consider new law school graduates with exceptional backgrounds such as work experience, judicial clerkships, law review, or strong academic records. Skills: Exceptional writing, analytical reasoning, and strategic judgment; deposition or motion practice experience a plus. Mindset: Passionate about justice, intellectually curious, and energized by collaboration and growth. Licensure: Active Washington Bar license required.
