This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who enjoys developing teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and driving operational performance to join us as a General Manager. The ideal candidate leads by example, understands the numbers behind a successful restaurant, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team.

General Manager Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and consistent execution of operating standards.
• Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop crewmembers and junior management.
• Participate in daily food preparation, cooking, plating, cashiering, and guest service while supervising the team.
• Step into any station as needed to support service, cover breaks, and maintain smooth operations.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs based on business needs.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and FIFO (first in, first out) procedures

General Manager Qualifications

• Strong understanding of labor management, inventory control, food safety, and restaurant operating standards.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and holding team members accountable.
• Basic financial and mathematical skills, including the ability to understand costs, percentages, and operational reports.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced restaurant environment and lead by example.
• Willingness to work approximately 45 hours per week and travel up to 50% to other district locations.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

General Manager Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Compensation: $25–$32 per hour.
• Estimated Annual Earnings: Approximately $58,500–$74,880, including five hours of weekly overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate, assuming 52 working weeks.
• Health Insurance: An HMO plan has been advertised with a biweekly premium of $12.23; eligibility, coverage, and current rates should be confirmed.
