Press Brake Operator - 2nd Shift

Specific Role: Press brake machine operation plays a key role in EMIT’s manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for the performance and utilization of their respective machines. Key Accountabilities: Execute daily production schedules while ensuring all finished products meet specified quality standards Maintain organization of manufacturing orders (MOs), including transferring finished work to pallets and properly labeling parts Maintain accurate job and production status in OSEON Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of potential hazards Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in manufacturing or fabrication preferred 1+ years of experience operating press brake machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Basic understanding of measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges) Familiarity with production tracking systems (e.g., OSEON or similar ERP/MRP systems) preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Physical and Safety Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. repeatedly Stand, walk, and move for an entire shift Always use applicable PPE Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
