Immigration Case Specialist

We're hiring an Immigration Case Specialist to be the operational backbone of our legal team. This is the person who makes sure every case packet is correct, complete, and out the door on time. What you'll do Print, assemble, quality‑check, and ship physical case packets with zero errors—this is the heart of the job. Track filings, deadlines, and RFE (Request for Evidence) due dates so nothing slips. Perform accurate data entry and keep case files complete and up to date. Review packets against checklists to catch missing documents or errors before they go out. Keep our document organization and filing systems orderly and reliable. Handle the day‑to‑day administrative tasks that keep legal operations moving. You'll thrive here if you Take genuine satisfaction in accurate, repeatable work done right every time. Have a sharp eye for detail and rarely let things slip through the cracks. Are dependable—people trust you to follow through without being chased.
