Quality Engineer

Quality EngineerHiring a Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives, improve processes, and ensure products meet customer and industry standards within a production environment.Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain quality control processes and inspection procedures• Investigate quality issues and lead root cause/corrective action efforts• Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives• Work closely with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to resolve quality concerns• Maintain quality documentation, metrics, and inspection records• Assist with new product launches, supplier changes, and process improvementsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering• Experience with quality systems, inspections, and manufacturing processes• Knowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement methods• Lean Six Sigma or ASQ certifications are a plus• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills• Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systemsMust be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
