Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Emergency Medicine or board-certified Family Medicine physician who is interested in working in a unique and beautiful rural location.

- Full-time position
- Desirable shift-based schedule with on-site sleep accommodations and transportation provided within Kodiak
- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
- $25,000 towards relocation assistance
- $5,000 annually towards CME
- Sign-on bonus

- Emergency department experience is required

Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center is the sole provider of acute and emergency care for Kodiak Island. Accredited by The Joint Commission and designated as a Level IV trauma center by the State of Alaska, this 25-bed critical-access hospital plays an indispensable role in the lives of 14,000 Kodiak residents, the Coast Guard base and neighboring villages. With a state-of-the-art MRI and 64-slice CT, this hospital receives high marks, and providers are able to offer advanced care.
