As an Operator you will run repeat proven parts with low to intermediate complexity. You will receive direction and will be overseen by the area Lead, Supervisor, or qualified area Machinist. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour Depending on experience. Hours/Shifts:

As an Operator you will run repeat proven parts with low to intermediate complexity. You will receive direction and will be overseen by the area Lead, Supervisor, or qualified area Machinist. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for utilizing shop paper procedures including updates, signatures, and stamps, counting quantities, labeling and non-conformance related activities
- Ensure an accurate router accompanies all work orders
- Inspect and measure parts as needed, and complete in-process inspections. For any discrepancies notify supervision.
- Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining. Alert Lead or Supervisor to any issue(s) on job or machine.
- Clean and maintains machines, working area, tooling and parts in optimal production condition.
- Understanding deburring operations using various tools and equipment, following specifications to produce high-quality parts within established parameters, minimal scrap, and acceptable production levels.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Reading machine dial gauges, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments used in the inspection of parts
- Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes in order to take appropriate action
- Frequently required to stand, walk, push, reach overhead, and bend to the floor
- Frequently required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must have experience with CNC machines
- Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices
- Knowledge of Shop safety practices and use of PPE
