Spa ManagerStarting at $20.00 plus commissionsFull-Time, Various ShiftsGolden Ocala Golf Club has an immediate need for a Spa Manager.Job ResponsibilitiesLead all Forbes Travel Guide service training initiativesEnsure luxury hospitality standards are consistently executed by all spa team membersConduct daily service observations and coachingReinforce guest engagement standards, service scripting, and attention to detail, celebrations etc.Support service recovery and assist with guest concerns in a professional and timely mannerMaintain a visible presence on the spa floor to ensure exceptional guest experiencesMonitor spa presentation, ambiance, cleanliness, and readiness throughout the dayOnboarding & Team TrainingOversee onboarding and training of all new spa team membersEnsure new hires complete departmental training and operational expectationsConduct ongoing coaching and service development for front desk and spa support teamsEnsure all team members remain informed on new services, seasonal offerings, retail products, and operational updatesSupport continuous education and team accountabilityFront Desk OperationsOversee daily spa front desk operations and guest flowCreate and manage front desk schedulesEnsure proper phone etiquette, booking standards, and guest communicationMonitor reservation accuracy and operational organizationSupport check-in and check-out procedures to ensure seamless guest experiencesAssist with shift coverage and operational support when neededEnsure front desk areas remain clean, organized, and luxury presentation-readyRetail & Inventory CommunicationEnsure front desk team maintains strong knowledge of retail products and promotionsCommunicate inventory updates, retail initiatives, and seasonal offerings to the teamSupport merchandising and presentation of retail displaysAssist in monitoring front desk supplies and spa amenitiesDaily Operations & LeadershipConduct daily pre-shift meetings and operational communicationCoordinate with spa leadership regarding operational updates and staffing needsAssist with managing guest & member requests, VIP arrivals, and special accommodationsMonitor daily operational checklists and opening/closing proceduresFoster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environmentSupport interdepartmental communication
