Duct Doctor of the DMV is known for providing quality air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services in residential homes, multifamily communities and commercial and government sites across the DMV and is growing fast. Take this journey with us and be a part of America's No.1 Air Duct Cleaner!
We are hiring for Service Technicians in the Baltimore Market. We seeking someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong work ethic and reliability, problem solving mindset, must be a team player and be able to work independently, experience in the field is a plus (training is provided) and have a valid driver's license. Due to insurance purposes, qualified candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services in residential homes, multifamily communities, commercial and government facilities.
- Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, condenser coils, and dryer vents.
- Prep and clean up.
- Demonstrate professional knowledge of all company products and services.
- Help maintain vehicle maintenance/safety & tool/equipment maintain and safety.
- Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age for insurance purposes
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to access small spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
- Must be able to work nights and weekends occasionally
- Must be able to travel out of town occasionally
