Doug Anderson Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our growing team.

We're looking for a motivated technician with experience in residential HVAC service, diagnostics, maintenance, and installation who takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

This position focuses primarily on residential HVAC service, diagnostics, maintenance, and installation, including air conditioning, heat pumps, mini-splits, and furnaces. For technicians interested in expanding their skill set, opportunities may be available to gain experience in boilers, water heaters, gas piping, and residential plumbing.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

• Install and replace air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and mini-splits

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and airflow issues

• Provide homeowners with repair and replacement options when appropriate

• Complete service documentation accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle

• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call

• Residential HVAC service and installation experience required

• EPA Certification required

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Experience with heat pumps, mini-splits, furnaces, and air conditioning systems

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
