Key responsibilities Execute the overall marketing plan across paid, organic, and brand channels, focusing on Meta and Google advertising Build, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads, while managing budget and audience targeting Track performance metrics and refine strategies based on data analysis to improve lead generation and conversion rates Required qualifications 3+ years of marketing experience with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Proven track record of executing paid campaigns that generated measurable business results Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, preferably in healthcare or staffing industries Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling ad content for healthcare administrators Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
