And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Senior Product Marketing Specialist is a global role that is responsible for the PowerFlex 755T variable frequency drive (VFD) portfolio, accessories, and options. Key leadership responsibilities to support these portfolios includes: product launches, strategic planning, customer product alignment, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, business promotion, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management.There will be direct customer interaction to support customer engagements globally. The Senior Product Marketing Specialist will also provide the short-term and long-term strategic business direction and how it aligns with Development, Operations and Engineering service partners.You will report to the Lead Product Manager for the PowerFlex 755T Portfolio.Your Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strategic planning for the PowerFlex 755T portfolio through a BSR (Business Strategy Review) process.Drive product-market fit through Voice of Customer (VoC), market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.Lead alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.Lead creation and management of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) aligned to customer needs and business outcomes.Develop and manage pricing strategies, commercial programs, and competitive positioning to increase market share.Lead high-impact customer engagements including executive discussions, roadmap alignment, and escalationsDrive resolution of field issues and product anomalies, including customer-facing messaging and prioritization.Provide Product Management leadership to the Continuation Engineering team for product quality improvements, cost reductions, parts obsolescence, and to meet evolving standards and customer requested product changes and enhancements.Define, track and report on key business objectives and goals to senior leaders. Ensure team and partners are effectively working to exceed these goals and objectives.The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
