Commercial Loan Specialist

Irving, TX (Hybrid | 3x onsite/2x remote) 6-Month Contract (w/ high possibility of extension) Overview This Business Execution Consultant III will support our Fortune 500 financial client's enterprise-wide migration from AFS to Loan IQ (LIQ), helping convert existing commercial loan portfolios into the new servicing platform. This position is joining an established conversion team to backfill a consultant dedicated to the initiative and ensure the project remains on schedule. The work is focused on manual conversion of existing commercial loan files, not new loan originations. Candidates will spend the majority of their time navigating both AFS and Loan IQ, validating loan information, and ensuring data is accurately migrated into the new platform. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations or Commercial Lending Hands-on experience with Loan IQ (LIQ) and/or AFS Experience supporting commercial loan closing, servicing, or operations Understanding of syndicated commercial loans Ability to navigate multiple loan servicing systems simultaneously Strong attention to detail while working through manual loan conversions Excellent organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience participating in loan system conversions or data migration projects Experience with bilateral and syndicated commercial loans Previous experience within a large banking environment Familiarity with Finastra Loan IQ Key Responsibilities Support enterprise AFS to Loan IQ conversion initiative Manually convert commercial loan files from AFS into Loan IQ Validate loan information and ensure data integrity throughout the conversion process Work within both AFS and Loan IQ daily Review commercial loan documentation for completeness and accuracy Partner with internal loan operations teams throughout the conversion process Identify and resolve discrepancies during file conversion Maintain production goals while ensuring quality and compliance standards Support ongoing project initiatives through completion of the enterprise migration Disclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
