What You'll Do

• Support the Sales team with group room bookings, corporate accounts, and hotel sales initiatives
• Receiving inquiries from clients regarding room blocks, group rates, and hotel availability for Sales Managers to respond
• Coordinate details for group reservations and ensure accuracy within hotel systems
• Communicate with guests, clients, and internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain organized records of accounts, contracts, and sales activity
• Assist with lead management and follow-up communications
• Support site visits, hotel tours, and client events

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and computer skill set
• Motivated, professional, and eager to grow in hotel sales
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Previous hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Delphi FDC experience preferred
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

The pay range for this role is: 20 23 USD dependent upon experience and education
