Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor specializing in the multifamily space.
Job Description
- Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor project performance and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes throughout all phases of the project.
- Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
