Job Description

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams.
• Monitor project costs and proactively manage financial performance.
• Review drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Support project closeout and warranty processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Experience with project management software and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
