Our client is a well-established design and installation firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial window treatments. They are seeking a Project Manager who can oversee full-cycle project management, from contract to completion, while ensuring accuracy in orders, pricing, and communication with clients and general contractors. What you'll be doing:

They are seeking a Project Manager who can oversee full-cycle project management, from contract to completion, while ensuring accuracy in orders, pricing, and communication with clients and general contractors. What you'll be doing:
- Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling and coordination.
- Oversee installers and ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all jobs.
- Communicate regularly with General Contractors and internal teams.
- Handle administrative responsibilities related to project setup, ordering, and documentation.
- Work with Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks, and Procore or similar software.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and proper job costing.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to maintain project efficiency and profitability.
- 5 years of construction, flooring, window treatment, or similar experience.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks, and Procore (or similar portal entry software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred; mileage reimbursement or gas card provided).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; own tools preferred but not required.
- $60,000 base salary (paid $2,500 twice monthly).
- Quarterly bonuses of approximately $5,000, based on performance.
- 5 days PTO and 15-17 paid holidays.
- Mileage reimbursement every two weeks.
- 75% office-based with local travel as needed.
