Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in a short-term acute care facility will primarily care for patients with neurological diagnoses, including post-surgical neurology patients and those with cerebrovascular accidents. The position involves floating between units and requires proficiency with the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and post-surgical neurological patient care. Job Details Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. Education Requirements: Not specified. Location Requirements: Must hold a valid state license; compact license acceptable. Years of Experience: At least 1 year required. Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include management of neurology patients, interpretation of dysrhythmias, procedural sedation monitoring, and utilization of specialized equipment such as neural monitors and chest tubes. Experience with epic charting system is required. Float: Float rotation may be required. Candidate must be available to work three of the five major holidays and submit all specific scheduling requests upfront. References: Two references covering at least one year (or six months for CNAs) within the last three years are required.
