Job Details Position: Telemetry Registered Nurse Location: Spokane, WA 99204 Setting: Short-term acute care, Level II trauma, Level II pediatric trauma Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 3x12 schedule Shift Duration: 12 hours Weekly Hours: 36 Contract Length: 26 weeks Start Date: 09/21/2026 Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,850-$1,950 Charting System: Epic Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Float Requirement: May float to meet unit needs Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse license with compact license in hand at submission Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience required Neuro and telemetry nursing experience required Comfortable using the NIH Stroke Scale and caring for post-surgical neuroscience patients Experience with Epic charting required Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications Experience managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:5 Strong background in telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, and neuro stepdown care Ability to work every other weekend and commit to holiday coverage as scheduled Responsibilities Provide skilled care for telemetry and neuroscience patients with varied neurologic diagnoses Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in cardiac rhythm and neurologic status Care for post-operative neurosurgical patients and patients recovering from stroke or traumatic brain injury Perform and document comprehensive assessments in Epic Administer treatments and therapies consistent with telemetry and neuro nursing standards Support safe management of BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, and procedural sedation monitoring as appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes Float between related units as needed to support staffing and patient care Apply now to join this Telemetry Registered Nurse opportunity in Spokane, WA and advance your nursing career in a high-acuity neuroscience and telemetry environment.
