Ohio (Fully Remote / Field Based, USA) Are you a Technician with an HVAC, refrigeration, or electromechanical background and some PLC experience, looking for full programming training at a market-leading engineering company working across a variety of leading-edge automation projects? In this role, you will be the face of the company, travelling to a diverse range of customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and commission the company's full range of specialist automated equipment. You will train customers to operate their systems at optimal performance, and work remotely from home between visits, with occasional trips to headquarters. This role is perfect for a technician with an HVAC, refrigeration, or electromechanical background looking to apply their skills to specialist automated systems, with full training, strong earning potential through guaranteed overtime, and a genuine path to progress. The Role: Travelling to customer sites locally and across the US. Installing, troubleshooting, and commissioning market-leading automated equipment for blue-chip clients. Training customers to operate their equipment at optimal performance. Working remotely from home between visits, with occasional trips to HQ.
