Job Description

The Customer Care Representative will work onsite in the clients Daleville Customer Care Center, serving as the first point of contact for customers and providing support for a variety of banking-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls

- Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and transfers

- Support online and mobile banking needs, including password resets

- Research and resolve customer issues and concerns

- Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions

- Recommend bank products and services when appropriate

Customer service, conflict resolution skills, Call center, Data entry, Inbound call, Microsoft office, Customer care

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (preferably with phones)
• Must have High School Diploma or GED required
• Flexibility to work Saturday shifts as part of the team's rotating schedule (Saturday hours are 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM; alternate time off is provided during the week)
• Banking or financial services experience preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daleville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
