Remote Multi-Channel Creative Account Manager

Details for the position are as follows: Now Hiring: Account Manager (Consultant) Fully Remote | Supporting CST Hours Pay Rate: $50–$63/hour depending on experience We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager (Consultant) to serve as the primary day-to-day client partner and internal lead for creative development initiatives. This role operates at the level of an agency Account Supervisor, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality creative work from intake through final delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing multi-channel creative projects across digital, video, presentations, collateral, and more. What You’ll Do: Lead client communications and build strong working relationships Manage creative projects from scope/timing through delivery Partner with Creative, Design, Motion, Copy, PM, and Operations teams Guide briefing, feedback, approvals, and revisions across multiple workstreams Ensure projects stay on strategy, on scope, and on schedule Support development of emails, executive presentations, video/motion assets, collateral, graphics, and other creative deliverables Qualifications: 5–8+ years of account management experience in a creative agency or in-house agency environment is required Experience managing multi-channel creative development projects is required Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills is required Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously is required Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative and operational teams is required Preferred: Experience in regulated or matrixed organizations Exposure to Generative AI tools such as OpenAI Understanding of creative production workflows and review cycles By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
