Banquet Bartender

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service at banquet events, weddings, conferences, and special functions. This position prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensures compliance with responsible alcohol service standards, maintains a clean and organized bar area, and delivers outstanding guest service to create a memorable event experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and event requirements.
• Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Set up and break down banquet bars before and after events.
• Maintain adequate inventory of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Process transactions accurately when applicable.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary throughout events.
• Assist banquet staff with event operations as needed.
• Report any guest concerns or incidents to management promptly.
