Details for the Office and Accounting Assistant Position:
- $14 / Hour + $1 Weekly Attendance Bonus
- Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Perform filing and scanning duties in a kill-to-package facility
- Operate a multiline phone system
- Apply basic accounting knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain strong organizational skills
- Manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed
- Enter data accurately and confirm orders with close attention to detail
- Maintain punctuality and have reliable transportation and childcare
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a resume
- Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) preferred
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; data entry into accounting programs such as Navision, EDI, and Cold Storage; training provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
